Luke started his football career with premier league side Leicester City before signing a professional contract with Northampton Town.

He went on to represent Forest Green Rovers, Kettering Town, Mansfield Town, York City, Luton Town and Hereford United. After winning the FA Trophy with Brackley Town, Luke retired in 2021 as Club Captain of his local club Kettering Town. Internationally, he has also had extensive experience representing Great Britain, Wales and Ireland in youth football.

Luke started his journey in education in 2014 working in the Post 16 sector and has had a hand in supporting thousands of young people completing sports qualifications to date.
