Welcome to Future Lions Education
Since beginning as a local football academy in Northamptonshire, the Future Lions Group has grown on an international scale, founding academies and football clubs that are providing new platforms for players in Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America to thrive.
The mission of Future Lions Education was originally to deliver sports education to post-16 learners and help them take the first steps towards employment in the sports industry – particularly within football. Now we have extended this offer on a much broader scale for 11-19 year olds, with the new bespoke empowerment programmes.
Our Sports BTEC courses for 16-19 year olds were rated “good” in 2024 by OFSTED and are run in several locations in England – each within an established football club environment – and students will be able to pick the brains of former professional footballers who are excellent guest coaches and working in our knowledge staff.
Expanding our offer in 2025 with our alternative education offer, the innovative and transformative programmes have been designed to address the critical needs of young people. Providing them with skills, opportunities and confidence to build successful futures.
